Role Summary
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead defined workstreams within complex technology transformation programmes. You will own business analysis, stakeholder alignment and delivery coordination, working closely with technical SMEs to ensure solutions meet client business objectives across digital and AI-enabled initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead defined projects or delivery streams, taking accountability for delivery outcomes within scope.
Work closely with technical SMEs to translate business requirements into viable solutions.
Manage and influence mid-to-senior stakeholders, driving alignment and decisions.
Apply AI tools to enhance analytical depth and delivery performance.
Support engagement managers in defining delivery plans and commercial estimates.
Must-Have Experience
4+ years’ experience in transformation or consulting roles, including leading projects or defined delivery streams.
Experience delivering front- or back-office enterprise platform initiatives (e.g. CRM, ERP, HRIS, analytics), translating structured requirements into implementable solutions.
Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders while driving delivery outcomes.
Advanced analytical capability and executive-ready communication skills, including Excel-based analysis and PowerPoint reporting.
Desirable
Commercial sector consulting experience, e.g. for hospitality, retail, or leisure clients.
Experience of writing client proposals.
Demonstrated interest in applying AI tools to analysis, automation or delivery tasks.
Familiarity with structured methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince2, ITIL).
