We’re looking for a Sales Lead to own and drive outbound pipeline creation across our target markets. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on originating qualified opportunities for our consulting and AI solutions.

You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospects, as well as building a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities that convert into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive outbound demand generation strategy and execution.

Identify and engage high-value prospects through:

  • Cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Personal network and referrals.
  • Market research and account mapping.
  • News triggers and industry developments.
  • Partnerships and ecosystem channels.

Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline of opportunities.

Craft tailored outreach messaging aligned to client challenges and AI use cases.

Qualify leads effectively.

Collaborate closely with leadership on target accounts and go-to-market strategy.

Track activity, manage pipeline data, and contribute to forecasting accuracy.

Continuously refine outreach approaches using tools, data, and experimentation.

Must-Have Experience

8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or demand generation.

Proven track record in outbound pipeline creation, ideally in consulting, tech, or AI-related environments.

Strong understanding of consultative sales and complex deal cycles.

Comfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations at senior levels.

Tech-literate, with a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Experience with sales methodologies/training.

Strong communication and messaging skills.

Highly self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented.

Desirable

Experience selling AI, data, or digital transformation services.

Existing network of decision-makers.

Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, outreach platforms).
