He specialises in helping organisations navigate complex, high-stakes transformation, from shaping target operating models and recovering challenged programmes to launching new capabilities and leading strategic initiatives from design through execution. His work combines transformation architecture, hands-on delivery leadership, venture building, and executive coaching to create outcomes that are practical, impactful, and sustainable.

Yo has led programmes for organisations including HSBC, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and De Beers, working across technology, operations, governance, customer proposition design, and organisational change.
