She advises PE sponsors and portfolio leadership teams on value creation planning, growth strategy, go-to-market acceleration, omnichannel transformation, customer and commercial strategy, and performance improvement.

Her experience spans strategy through execution, with a strong track record in revenue acceleration, margin improvement, operating model redesign, digital transformation, organisational change, post-merger integration, carve-outs, and commercial due diligence. She brings deep sector expertise across FMCG, e-commerce, D2C, health and wellness, healthcare, travel and tourism, and omnichannel retail.

Supriya has held senior roles at BCG, Deloitte’s Monitor strategy practice, EY, Reckitt, and Holland & Barrett, and has worked extensively across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
