He specialises in AI strategy, agentic AI, cloud data platforms, and commercial growth, helping organisations embed AI into their operating model and deliver measurable business outcomes. 

He has earned the trust of many C-suites and boards through a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to AI-led transformation. Previously, Souparna served as Global Vice President for Data & AI at Kyndryl, where he led the global Google AI business.

Before this, he led PwC UK’s GenAI go-to-market strategy, represented Capgemini as a global data leader, and built Cognizant’s European data business from under £5m to over £50m. As Founder and CEO of a fast-growing Agentic AI venture and a board advisor to multiple AI start-ups, Souparna works closely with founders and investors to turn AI ambition into scalable, real-world impact.
