Peter leads complex transformation and change programmes across global financial services, bringing over 30 years of experience spanning listed, private, and governmental organisations. He specialises in buy-side investment management transformation, operating model design, product launch, and regulatory change, helping firms deliver large-scale initiatives with strong commercial outcomes.

Over his career, Peter has led programmes for clients ranging from the world’s largest asset managers to highly specialised niche providers. His experience includes major M&A integrations, large-scale distribution capability builds and complex regulatory engagements. He has operated extensively at board and C-suite level, working directly with CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, and executive committees on high-profile, multi-year transformations. 

Previously, Peter was Head of Strategic Transformation at RLAM, where he supported a period of significant growth, tripling assets under management and expanding asset classes and distribution capabilities globally.
