Throughout his career, he has built, scaled and commercialised consulting and outsourcing businesses, delivering material revenue growth and client impact across the UK & Europe. Known for his ability to shape proposition strategy and close high-value enterprise deals, Michael has held growth leadership roles at WNS Global Services, Capita and Huntswood consistently operating at C-suite level and influencing multi-stakeholder buying environments.

He specialises in AI-enabled transformation, regulatory change (Consumer Duty, DORA, Operational Resilience), digital operating models, remediation, CX modernisation, cost-takeout programmes, and FS data strategy. With deep exposure to Tier 1 & 2 banks, challenger banks, general insurers, wealth platforms and public sector bodies, he has led solutions that have reduced cost-to-serve, accelerated regulatory compliance, improved outcome MI, and delivered measurable improvements in speed, risk control and customer experience.
