He specialises in driving clarity, control and performance across finance functions, with deep expertise across P2P, O2C, R2R, Tax, Treasury and FP&A.

He has led large-scale transformation, integration and outsourcing programmes, consistently delivering improvements in governance, service quality and cost efficiency. Mark is particularly effective in complex or underperforming environments, where he brings structure, pace and measurable results.

More recently, his work has focused on TOM redesign and the application of AI-led automation to improve scalability and operational performance within finance and global business services.
