Keith is a seasoned financial services leader with over 30 years’ experience driving transformation across some of the UK’s most established banking institutions. His career spans senior executive roles including COO, Chief Digital & Information Officer, Change Director and Transformation Director, where he has led large-scale technology, operations, digital, and product functions. 

He has a strong track record delivering complex change—overseeing core banking migrations, shaping digital and data strategies, launching and scaling new products, and re-architecting operations to support rapid business growth. His work includes major transformation programmes across Allica Bank, NatWest Group, TSB, Capco, Capgemini and Accenture, alongside advisory and trustee positions across the sector. 

Combining deep strategic, operational and technology expertise, Keith brings a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to organisational performance and business transformation. A Chartered Accountant (FCA), he continues to advise high-growth financial services organisations on scaling, resilience, and innovation.
