Kamil joins Klarus as Lead AI Engineer, bringing over six years of experience designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions for enterprise clients. He specialises in agentic systems, multi-agent architectures, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based platforms, combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on practical, human-in-the-loop outcomes.

Before joining Klarus, Kamil was a Solutions Engineer at Twisted Loop and, prior to that, at Cervello/Kearney, where he led end-to-end delivery of LLM-powered applications and cloud data platforms across insurance, private equity, and marketing sectors. His work has spanned contract intelligence platforms processing over 6,000 documents, agentic SQL migration tooling saving tens of thousands of hours, and conversational analytics agents built for C-suite users.

At Klarus, Kamil brings a builder's instinct and a consulting mindset - able to move from architectural thinking to working software, and from technical discovery to client-facing delivery.
