With an extensive background in senior leadership at ServiceNow, Oracle, and Amdocs, John specializes in unlocking the value of complex technology to address the needs of enterprise and government clients.

As the lead for AI Governance, John brings significant experience in influencing tech policy and advocating for responsible AI adoption. His focus is on helping organizations navigate the complexities of emerging technology, ensuring adoption is both safe and sustainable while maximizing productivity gains.

Simultaneously, John directs the Klarus-ServiceNow partnership, leveraging his deep internal knowledge of the platform's architecture and products to drive high-impact digital transformation. A Stanford and Oxford-educated engineer and Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF 9), John is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between strategic policy and technical execution.
