Hassan is a trusted board-level advisor specialising in technology and AI-enabled transformation, working with executive teams to simplify complexity, align strategy with execution, and deliver large-scale change at pace and with lasting impact.

Over the course of his career, Hassan has shaped and led multi-million-pound transformation programmes across public and private sector organisations. At PwC, he was a senior leader within the Technology Transformation practice, partnering with client executive teams to deliver complex enterprise change. He operated in embedded leadership roles for clients, including as Transformation Officer at a global energy infrastructure company and as Interim CIO for a major hospitality organisation. In these roles, he was accountable for delivering enterprise-wide technology transformation across both front office and back office.

Hassan’s expertise spans C-suite advisory, technology-enabled transformation, IT operating model design, commercial negotiation, and large-scale programme delivery, enabling organisations to translate strategic intent into sustained operational performance.
