Geeta Malhotra is a senior transformation advisor who works closely with executive stakeholders to shape complex transformation agendas across finance, operations, Global Business Services, and AI-enabled enterprise capability.

With more than 25 years of global leadership experience, she brings a strong commercial lens to transformation — helping organisations clarify value cases, define governance structures, and align operating models with measurable enterprise outcomes.

Her background includes driving the transformation of Global Business Services at Philip Morris International and heading Avon’s Global Business Services across 80+ markets, as well as serving as a Partner at IBM advising enterprise finance and operating-model change. Earlier roles at Genpact and PwC shaped a governance-led approach to large-scale transformation across multinational environments.

Geeta works at the intersection of advisory and delivery — partnering with clients and transformation teams to frame strategic opportunities, strengthen executive alignment, and guide operating-model decisions during complex change programmes. Her executive education in AI strategy (University of Oxford) informs a pragmatic approach to digital and AI adoption within regulated enterprise environments.
