Franz is a management consultant with over 15 years of experience delivering operational change across service industries (software/tech, banking, insurance, healthcare, pharma) and blue-collar environments (manufacturing, automotive, chemicals) in over ten European geographies. His assignments have comprised one or more of the following stages: operational diagnostics, solution design and implementation delivery.
