Deepak brings over 30 years of experience across global consulting, telecommunications, and financial services, specialising in large-scale technology and business transformation, operational leadership, and transformation risk assurance. He has led and assured major transformation programmes across heavily regulated environments, holding senior leadership roles at KPMG, Prudential/M&G, BT Group, and Accenture. Deepak’s experience spans enterprise-wide technology strategy, large-scale outsourcing and offshoring, ERP and cyber transformation, and the recovery of failing programmes. He has worked extensively with Boards and Executive Committees, advising on prioritisation, resourcing, regulatory engagement, and risk ownership across critical change initiatives.
