Christian is a search and talent specialist focused on identifying and securing high-impact leaders across consulting, technology and transformation. He brings a blend of executive search and consulting experience, with a strong understanding of how organisations build capability to deliver commercial outcomes.

At Klarus, Christian delivers senior search engagements and supports the growth of Klarus’ consulting network. He focuses on sourcing commercially-driven talent aligned to client strategy, culture and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Klarus, Christian was a Senior Consultant at EY, where he delivered strategy and transformation engagements across multiple sectors. He also held a role at England Rugby, supporting partnership intelligence and commercial decision making.

Christian combines a disciplined, insight-led approach with a strong focus on relationships, enabling him to identify talent that not only fits the brief, but meaningfully strengthens a client’s ability to execute and grow.
