With 25 years consulting experience, he has helped business leaders scope, deliver (and assure) front-office and back-office transformation programmes in multiple industries - including Retail, Insurance, Fin Tech and Software. In the last eight years, he has focused on the UK mid-market, working with privately owned businesses and private equities' mid-cap assets.

Andrea leverages his experience and technical certifications to translate businesses’ vision and strategy into technical and business architectures, supporting operating models and realistic delivery roadmaps anchored around clear, measurable and tangible outcomes.

Andrea has successfully overseen the delivery of multiple transformation programmes in his career, managing multi-disciplined delivery teams on-shore and off-shore, and complex stakeholders maps through robust governance structures. His leadership and proven track record have allowed Andrea to build trustworthy and long-lasting relationships with his client base.
