Alex is a senior technology transformation consultant who helps organisations navigate complex change and make better technology decisions. He is known for bringing structure to ambiguity, building alignment among senior stakeholders and maintaining a clear focus on business outcomes.

He has held senior client-facing roles at PwC and Atos, advising C-suite stakeholders across private and public sector organisations. His expertise spans technology strategy and architecture, operating model and business design, and the delivery of enterprise application, data and analytics, and AI programmes.

At Klarus, Alex works with leadership teams to identify and prioritise opportunities across technology, data and AI. This includes assessing candidate AI use cases, quantifying their potential value and defining the governance, capabilities and implementation approach required to move from concept to delivery.

Alex has led initiatives involving ERP, CRM, e-commerce and operational platforms across hospitality, healthcare, consumer, energy, education and the public sector. His combination of strategic, commercial and hands-on delivery experience enables him to connect executive ambition with the practical changes required across processes, technology and teams.
