Role Summary
We are seeking a Market Director to join the Klarus leadership board and play a pivotal role in scaling the business.
This is a senior commercial leadership role, responsible for driving client growth, expanding market presence, and shaping high-value propositions across priority sectors.
The Market Director will operate as a front-line growth leader—originating, shaping, and closing complex consulting engagements, while building long-term client relationships and strengthening Klarus’ position as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue and market growth
- Own and deliver revenue growth targets.
- Originate, shape, and close high-value consulting engagements.
- Build a strong pipeline aligned to Klarus’ offerings.
- Identify new routes to market and partnerships.
Client leadership
- Develop and maintain C-suite relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor on transformation and AI.
- Lead strategic conversations translating into commercial outcomes.
Proposition development
- Define and evolve market-facing propositions.
- Shape sector-specific offerings (FS, Energy, Utilities).
- Ensure propositions are commercially viable and differentiated.
Leadership and governance
- Contribute to the Klarus leadership board.
- Support go-to-market strategy and sector positioning.
- Mentor senior consultants.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Senior consulting leader (Director/Partner level).
- Proven revenue generation and account growth.
- Experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Sector expertise in FS, Energy, or Utilities.
Commercial capability
- Strong C-suite network.
- Ability to originate and close large engagements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on growth.
Leadership and style
