Role Summary

As a Manager in HR Systems Transformation, you will take end-to-end accountability for HR technology and people transformation programmes. You will lead the delivery of HRIS, workforce management, payroll, talent, learning, people analytics and employee experience initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, HR operating model design, technology implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream HR systems transformation programmes, accountable for scope, outcomes and delivery performance.

Resolve complex delivery, stakeholder, data, integration and adoption challenges across HR, technology and operations.

Manage senior client stakeholders, including HR, technology, finance and operational leaders.

Own programme governance, including financial oversight, risk management and executive reporting.

Contribute to commercial growth through proposal leadership, scoping and estimation for HR technology opportunities.

Must-Have Experience

6+ years’ experience in enterprise transformation, technology delivery or consulting roles, including leadership of HR systems initiatives.

Demonstrated track record in major HR platform implementations.

Strong understanding of the HR systems delivery lifecycle, including requirements, design, data migration, testing and adoption.

Proven ability to manage senior HR, technology and business stakeholders, resolving complex delivery, integration, data or change challenges.

Desirable

Familiarity with hospitality workforce challenges, including scheduling, time and attendance, and seasonal labour.

Experience leading blended onshore/offshore teams.

Experience supporting sales strategy and business development initiatives.
