Drive the redesign of finance operating models – spanning shared services, centres of excellence and finance business partnering – to improve efficiency, insight and control.

Oversee ERP and finance platform implementations (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials), managing the intersection of functional finance requirements and technical delivery.

Identify and embed AI, automation and advanced analytics opportunities within finance processes – including close and consolidation, FP&A, accounts payable/receivable and regulatory reporting.

Manage CFO-level and executive client stakeholders, driving alignment and informed decision-making on transformation priorities.

Must-Have Experience

Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent commercial finance experience.

Demonstrated track record of hands-on programme delivery across core finance domains – including financial close, FP&A, treasury, procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash or regulatory/statutory reporting.

Proven experience leading ERP or finance platform implementations (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, Netsuite ERP, or equivalent), with strong understanding of the functional finance configuration and process design considerations.

Experience applying AI, intelligent automation or advanced analytics within finance processes.

Strong understanding of CFO priorities and the finance function's evolving role.

Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and resolve complex delivery or integration challenges.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate finance ambiguity into clear delivery direction.
